To register for the 2009 Tampa Small Business Jumpstart, simply mail your completed application form along with the $20 application fee to the the following address:

The deadline to submit an application is June 18, 2009. There is a $20 application fee, and all fees will be donated to H.A.R.C., the Hillsborough Achievement and Resource Center.
