• Consultation on proper organizational format (Sub S, LLC, partnership, etc) for the particular business
• Initial business filings – with the state and federal agencies including incorporation or organization as LLC, EIN filing, additional filings as needed for LLC’s and Sub chapter S corporations
• Initial business consultation including but not limited to income tax considerations, general operations, questions concerning financial information accumulation, internal control considerations, payroll issues and federal and state reporting requirements.
• Setting up initial financial information for company books, including creating personalized chart of accounts and financial software computer setup if needed.

• Advice on the business-related needs the client has (i.e. Do they need help with market research, business planning, education, etc.)
• Free admittance to any three classes on any business topics we offer
• Unlimited one-on-one, confidential counseling in a variety of topics to include Start Up Basics, Regulations & Licenses; Financing; Marketing; Human Resources; Accounting & Taxes; Government Procurement; Market Research; Internet Strategies; International Trade; Minority Certification; Sales; Bookkeeping & Management.
